QNUK’s Level 2 Award in Principles of Customer Service


This qualification provides learners with a good grounding in the basic principles of competent customer service that can be applied to a range of roles.

Duration: You will be taught in a 1 day group session.

Course Content:

Upon completing the course you will:

  • Understand the Key Principles involved in good customer service. 

  • Be able to identify a customer's needs and expectations. 

  • Understand how to communicate effectively with customers. 

  • Understand the actions to be taken when a customer's needs are not met.

Assessment Structure: 

  • Internal Assessment: To demonstrate your understanding you will sit a final multiple choice test, marked by your tutor.
